Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was nice. Staff are helpful. Good location.
Our shower didn’t really get warm - not sure if this is an issue with all rooms or just the one we stayed in

The room was small but it was to budget. Clean throughout with friendly staff.
Breakfast was Ok, however the dining room was cramped. Food was plentiful and well presented.

Room was good , staff response were pathetic
Breakfast was good Hotel location was close to all prominent tourist spots GRAB application for local transport is highly recommended as the same is very fast and cost effective
1.Staff Attitudes were very bad. 2.There was no cooperation from them. 3.No assistance in shifting our luggage to our rooms 4.Even though we had agreed for an amount for Early check in , the amount mentioned on our actual visit was different. Anyway we choose to check in only at the allotted 2 pm. 5.They were even trying to charge money for the complimentary water , which was very strange for me ,but I never paid. 6.Payment by card was charged 3% further which was not mentioned in the Order confirmation. 7.Receptionist was not offering any smile or assistance of the places to visit nearby. 8.Hotel staff was sleeping on the main sofa at the Entrance, thereby Guest were made to stand. There are many good hotels surrounding it ,therefore my recommendation would be stay not in this Hotel.
